Esequiel “Zeke” Trujillo
(January 2, 1936 – October 8, 2013) 
Esequiel “Zeke” Trujillo age 77 of Springer, NM passed away on October 8, 2013. He was born on January 2, 1936 in Ocate, NM to Martin and Trindad Gonzales Trujillo.
Zeke was preceded in death by his parents, grandson J.C. Trujillo, brother Joe Trujillo, and sister Lucinda Cordova.
He is survived by his wife Lorraine Trujillo of the family home, daughter Apaches Trujillo of Springer, NM, Sons Tim Trujillo of Springer, Zeke Con Trujillo, Jr. of Wagon Mound, NM, and Mario Trujillo (Lori) of Albuquerque, NM, 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and one sister Delia Trujillo Sims of Albuquerque. Zeke loved horses and team roping he also loved fishing, camping, gambling, playing pool, and traveling.
Visitation will be held on Friday October 11th from noon to 6:00pm in the chapel of the Alderette Pomeroy Funeral Home. Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be held on Saturday October 12, 2013 at 10:00am at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Springer, NM with Deacon Ed Olona reciting. Solemn Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 10:30am with Father Daniel Balizan as the Celebrant. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Following the services a dinner will be held at the St. Joseph’s Parish Hall.
