Angie Lee (Scales) Wentz died on September 4, 2016 at age 68 after a brief battle with leukemia.
Born on December 25, 1947, Angie was preceded in death by parents Henry and Ermalene Scales and brother Henry Scales, Jr.
She graduated from Kingsville High School and received bachelor and master degrees in education from Texas A&I University.
Angie was a devoted wife and mother, and had a career of teaching elementary students. She was a blessing to those around her.
Angie is survived by her husband of 42 years, Chuck, children Dustin, Brian, Carl and Amy, sister Sandy, brother Dennis, four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Donations made on behalf of Angie, may be given to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
