Max Lawrence Alderette (August 25, 1965-April 7, 2024)
Max “Lawrence” Alderette age 58 of Raton was called to be with our Heavenly Father on April 7, 2024, unexpectedly. He was born in Raton to Johnny Alderette.
Lawrence is preceded in death by his father Johnny Alderette, parental grandparents: Victor and Selena Alderette, and great grandparents Redusindo and Regina Alderette, and maternal grandparents Cordelia and Jose Encinias. Brothers: John “Mark” Encinias, Charles Alderette, and sister Patricia “Patsy” Alderette-Garcia.
Lawrence is survived by his best friend and life companion, Marsh Hyde of Raton. Daughter Ashley Montoya and husband Shawn of Springer, NM., son Tommy Alderette and wife Kristen of Aurora, CO., daughter Mariah Alderette and Fiance Chris of Raton, NM. Granddaughters Naomi, Sophia, and Olivia, and grandsons Eric and William Max. Tim Trujillo his best friend.
Lawrence will be greatly missed by many family and friends, especially his CARQUEST family. he was an exceptional mechanic a trade he learned from his brother Charles. Serving as pallbearers is his son Tommy Alderette, Cousins Vince Alderette, Maththew Alderette, and Josh Alderette, and Friends Tim Trujillo, and Brent Hall.
Recitation of the most Holy Rosary will be on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 12:00 pm at St. Patrick’s/St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, recited by Frank Cimino, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 pm with Father Bill Woytavich as the Celebrant. Rite of Committal and Internment will be in the Fairmont cemetery.
