A family-oriented STAR PARTY In Northeastern New Mexico

Sat. 1-3 pm                   Solar Viewing (at multiple telescopes) 

      3-4:30 pm               Solar System Hike: 1-mi. hike to model our solar system!

      5-6 pm                     Free cookout (for first 100 participants)

      6-8 pm                     Solar Viewing (with multiple telescopes)

      8-9 pm                     Intro to Cellphone Astronomy Apps

Sat/Sun  9 pm-1 am      Night Sky Viewing;  Saturn, Andromeda Galaxy & more!

All activities are at Clayton Lake Park, Star Point Observatory.
