Music On MainStreet Presents “Wiskey Creek”

Raton MainStreet presents “Wiskey Creek” at Ripley Park on Saturday, July 11th 5 pm – 7 pm. Music on MainStreet Concert Series is a free community event that is funded by the Whited Foundation.

• (Facebook Bio):  Wiskey Creek was formed in 1995 on the campus of Trinidad State Junior College. Two friends from Choir class learned that they could do more than just sing. A heavy metal guitar player and a country bass player recruited a future drummer, and began making noise together. It took a lot of practice, but eventually that noise turned into a blend of music styles that now defines the Wiskey Creek style. We hope that you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoy playing it for you.
