Care for the Caregiver~ MCMC

All are invited to attend the Care for the Caregivers Meeting at MCMC Long Term Care Conference Room.
For the first of four meetings for 2015, John Davidson will give a presentation called “Planning for End of Life Care: Appointing an Advocate”. John will review and explain living wills, right-to-die issues and the importance of “how to” appoint a Medical Power of Attorney.
Admission is free. All are welcome.
The other meetings for 2015 will be on the 3rd Thursdays of May, August and November.
