VII. DELIBERATE AND ACT on Request for Sub-Division for Cameron W. and Jessica J. Roundtree for a 4.6167-acre parcel subdivided from 55 acres +/-
parent parcel for the proposed site of the fiber optic regeneration station.
VIII. DELIBERATE AND ACT on request for Special Exception from the City of Raton and Vinkay, LLC to allow for grazing livestock for fire mitigation.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above notice of a meeting of the P&Z Board of the City of Raton, New Mexico, is a true and correct copy of the said notice and that a said copy of this notice was then posted in a cabinet outside of the City Hall of said City in Raton, New Mexico in a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said notice was posted on Friday March 13th, 2026 by 5 p.m. and remained so posted continuously at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
