In Loving Memory of Loretta Muse – KRTN Enchanted Air Radio

Sunrise September 3, 1960 Sunset July 14, 2025. Loretta was born in Springer, NM, to Seferino and Loretta Trujillo. Loretta lived many life roles: daughter, sister, wife, and, most proudly, mother to Jennifer Apodaca and grandmother to Seleyah Martinez. Loretta is and will always be a source of raw, brave strength to all who knew her. Loretta wholeheartedly loved, lived, and bravely pushed through life, always trying to do better today than yesterday. When Loretta was faced with adversity, she looked at the problem and faced all issues by thinking what the best and do-able outcome that could be reached. Most often, making necessary personal sacrifices that she would gladly bear.

Loretta had a huge sense of humor and an honesty that made her a better person and helped other individuals to be better people also.
Loretta has touched all our lives in so many ways with great love and support. We all know what we mean to and where we stand with each other. You will be missed, and now you have the love and strength to guide and watch over all of us. It is a comfort to know you will be the first to guide us home at the end of this life.

Thank you for all the tears, laughter, and love. We will all miss you.

Lorretta is survived by: Daughter Jennifer Apodaca (Chris Romero), Granddaughter Seleya Martinez of Raton, NM, Sister and brother-in-law Chris and Virginia Tafoya of Springer, NM, two brothers, Eddie and Julian Trujillo of Springer, NM. Several beloved uncles, aunts and nieces, and nephews.
