Richard Dee Johnson, age 70, passed away in Pueblo, Colorado, on December 24, 2024.
He was born in Pueblo, Colorado, to Buster and Pearline Johnson. He attended and graduated from Pueblo County High School in 1972. Richard painted homes in Denver until his health would not permit
him to do so.
He enjoyed watching squirrels and was an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pearline and Buster Johnson, second father, William “Bill” Davies.
Survivors include his children; Estell(Misty) Solano, William Johnson; sister Sherry( Ben) Builta; half sisters and brothers Linda Hill, Donna (Buddy) Paine, Cynthia (Grant) Judd, Robert (Renee) Davies, and Michael Davies; grandchildren, Grace, Ashley, Amber, Theresa; great grandson, Avery and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He loved being with his family and friends, and truly will be missed by those who are blessed enough to have known him.
Funeral services will be held May 30, 2025, at 1 PM at the Comi Funeral Home Chapel in Trinidad with Pastor Cary Nelson officiating. At his request, cremation with interment at a later date.
