REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECT-ENGINEER PLANNING SERVICES AND CONCEPTUAL DESIGN Maxwell Municipal Schools- Combined Campus New School Project RFP 011-24-001 Maxwell Municipal Schools (the owner) in Maxwell, New Mexico, (28 miles south of Raton, NM) Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) for Planning and Conceptual Design Services from qualified Architect & Engineering firms (“Submitting Firm”) properly licensed in the State of New Mexico. All RFPs will be subject to all requirements specified in the Request for Proposals package (the “RFP”). RFP package can be downloaded from the district website www.maxwellp12.com or a copy may be obtained via email by contacting Amy Roble, aroble@maxwellp12.com. A mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for November 15, 2023, 1:30 p.m. (mountain daylight time) at 411 Parque Avenue, Maxwell, NM 87728. Proposals are due no later than December 20, 2023 at 3 p.m. (mountain daylight time). Selection will be made based on Procurement by Competitive Proposals. The name of each firm submitting RFP and any other relevant information, as determined by The Owner, shall be recorded. The Owner reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any or all RFPs in whole or in part if it is in the best interest of Maxwell Municipal Schools.
