Senior Health Advocates Colorado, Come Meet the Advocates

We are a voluntary group of professionals dedicated to community health and wellness. We recognize the difficulties older adults may have navigating the health care system, associated support services and advocating for themselves.

Our mission is to insure that seniors in Southern Colorado are provided with services required by law and by standards of decency and dignity.

Join us Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Mt San Rafael Hospital Lobby, Trinidad, CO.

Our goal is to assist you by providing guidance, support, education and advocacy.
