Rebecca Trujillo-Pacheco( April 8, 1952 – February 9, 2025 ) Rebecca Trujillo-Pacheco was united with her Savior on February 9, 2025. Today, we celebrate the life of a woman of God, Rebecca “Becky” Trujillo-Pacheco. Becky was born to Alicia and Felipe Trujillo on April 4, 1952, in Clayton, New Mexico. She was the youngest of eight children. She adored all her brothers and sisters, speaking to them regularly and meeting with them every Sunday to worship and give thanks to God. She stood on faith and knew to whom her life belonged. She would always give thanks to God and would regularly state she never lacked anything because of God, our Jehovah Jireh. Her favorite saying was, “God willing,” for she knew and lived a life trusting God as her guide, provider, healer, comforter, friend, father, strong tower, and Savior. We praise God today that she has received a glorified body and dwells with the Lord, the Great I AM, the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. There is no doubt that family was her second love. She was a dedicated wife to Leroy Pacheco for 36 years and bore two daughters from that union, Debbie Coca and Leann Caldwell. She was the best grandmother to her seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, bragging about them regularly. We were blessed to have such a God-fearing woman who displayed the love of God to all those around her, especially her family. She is survived by her Brothers/Sisters: Pastor Tony Trujillo, Fran and Albert Chavez, Joe- “Johnny “and Eleanor Trujillo, Mary and Manuel Garcia, brother-in-law Alfonso Chavez, Raymond and Yolanda Trujillo. Daughters/Son-in-law: Debbie and Bill Coca, Leann and Bradley Caldwell. Grandchildren: Billy Coca and Jaylene Derrera, Whitley Coca and Billy Pier, Bryan Coca, Isaac Ivans and Destini Garcia, Kayley Caldwell, Kiersten Caldwell, Juanito and Franki Garcia. Great-Grandchildren: Jayven Pier, Micah Pier, Keani Pier, Bradley Garcia, Zaniya Derrera. Numerous nieces and nephews. Becky is preceded in death by her mother, Alicia Trujillo; father, Felipe Trujillo; brother Johnny Trujillo, sister, Pita Chavez, Joe “Leroy” Pacheco; and great-grandchild, Zayan Pier. Although you will be missed endlessly on this side of heaven, we find comfort in knowing you are in the presence of your one true love, God, because you surrendered your life to the only one who could save it—Jesus! Praise be to God, you accepted the gift of salvation and now dwell in paradise in His presence, where there is no more pain or suffering, and every tear you have ever cried is wiped away. Praise be to God, that He conquered death for our sake to reconcile us back to the Father. In the midst of the heartache of no longer getting to lean on you here on this side of heaven and having you set an example for us, we will continue to praise our Lord and run the race set before us. Rest now, my beautiful grandma, for your assignment is done. I know without a shadow of a doubt that you heard those words we as Christians all long to hear when we stand before God: “Well done, good and faithful servant.” Celebration of Life for Rebecca Trujillo-Pacheco will be on Sunday March 9, 2025 at 10:30 am at the Outreach Tabernacle in Springer, with Pastor Tony Trujillo, Officiating. Inurnment will be in the Mount View Cemetery in Cimarron, NM. Arrangements for Rebecca Trujillo-Pacheco are under the direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home. |
