Charlene Rita Baudino, born on February 7, 1943, in Trinidad, Colorado, to Andrew Henry and
Josephine Tamburelli, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister,
aunt and friend. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, but her legacy of
love, hard work, and devotion to her family will live on forever.
Charlene dedicated her life to those she loved, building a family with her husband Gerald of 56
years and raising three children, Gary, Kim, and Jerry. Together, they created a thriving
business, G & C Trucking, that she worked alongside her family since 1982. Her commitment to
her family and work reflected her deep character and unshakeable determination. Charlene was
also deeply involved in her community and church having served on multiple festival committees
and serving on both the parish council and parish finance committee.
Charlene is survived by her husband Gerald. Her children Gary (Margie) Baudino, Kim (Rob)
Lucero, Jerry (Sharla) Baudino; grandchildren; Janice (Tim) Ramsey, Jason (Sadie) Baudino,
Jordan (Lexi) Baudino, Blaine Baudino, Todd (Nina) Baudino, Kylie Baudino (Cole), Brooke
Lucero (Rox), Bret Lucero; great-grandchildren; Kyle, Karley, Kohlton Ramsey, Jayden, Jayce,
Novalee, Noah, Easton and Willow Baudino; brother, sisters and sisters/brother-in-law; Anthony
Tamburelli, JoAnn Maniscalco, Mary Grace Tamburelli, Pat Tamburelli, Angie (Joe) Geiser,
Elaine Baudino along with numerous other nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in
death by her parents; Andrew Henry (Josephine) Tamburelli, mother and father-in-law; Angelo
and Enis Baudino; brothers and sisters; Charles Tamburelli, Phyllis Tamburelli, Gertrude
Herlyck, her twin sister Charlotte Grosso and infant sister Bernadette Tamburelli; brothers and
sister-in-law; Sam Maniscalco, Frank Baudino, Robert and Beverly Baudino.
She was a cherished matriarch, loved not only by her immediate family but also by those who
had the privilege of calling her a friend. She leaves behind a large, extended family of
grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were the joy of her life. Charlene’s memory will be
honored in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will be greatly missed. Her legacy of
love, kindness, and resilience will forever inspire those who knew her.
Visitation will be held at Comi Funeral Home on Monday, February 17th, 2025, at 3:00-6:00 pm,
with rosary to follow.
Funeral mass will be held at St. Anthony Church in Aguilar at 1 pm on Tuesday, February 18th,
2025. Inurnment at a later date.
