In Loving Memory of Judith Diane Rino

Judith Diane Rino passed away peacefully on January 2, 2025, surrounded by
her loving family. Born on May 19, 1937, to Olga and John Seculo, Judy was the
eldest of three sisters, twins, Joyce and Jolleen.
Judy graduated from Holy Trinity School, class of 1955, in Trinidad, Colorado. In
1956, she married the love of her life, Joseph C. Rino, also of Trinidad. Together,
they built a beautiful life centered on faith, family, and community.
A devout Catholic, Judy prayed daily and lived her faith through her actions. She
was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-
grandmother, daughter, sister, homemaker, and teacher. She embraced her roles
with love, grace, and dedication, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Judy led a full and active life, finding immense joy in supporting her four sons—Michael, Dennis, James, and Joseph—in all their endeavors. She was their number one fan, celebrating their achievements and providing unwavering encouragement.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Olga and John Seculo; her beloved husband, Joseph Rino; her sisters-in-law, Rose Vecellio (Albert), Josephine Slanovich (Joe), and Anna Risley (Ronald); her brothers-in-law, Frank Rino (Eileen) and Louis Rino; and her sister-in-law, Georgia Rino.
Judy was raised in Trinidad, Colorado, and moved numerous times from California to Colorado before finally settling in Bloomfield, New Mexico. After retirement, Arizona was the next destination. Jude made one final move to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2015.
She is survived by her four cherished sons: Michael, Dennis (Patricia), James, and Joseph; her sisters, Joyce Monter (Douglas) and Jolleen Myers (Louis); her brother-in-law, John Rino, and sister-in-law, Barbara Rino. Judy is also lovingly remembered by her numerous nieces and nephews, 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
Judy’s legacy of faith, love, and kindness will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love and gratitude.
Visitation will be held at the Comi Chapel on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 3 to 6 PM. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2025,at Holy Trinity Catholic  Church with Rosary at 12:30 pm followed by the Funeral Mass at 1:00 pm.
Active pallbearers for Mrs Rino are her grandsons, Jonny Rino, Jeffrey Rino, Michael Rino, Anthony Rino, Ryan Rino, and nephew Louis Rino .
Interment will follow at the Trinidad Catholic Cemetery.
