In Loving Memory of Larry A. Wold

Larry A. Wold age 87 passed away on October 8, 2024 at Mt. San Rafael Hospital. He was born
on February 27, 1937 to Alvin O Wold and Jean (Terrell) Wold in Kremmling, Colorado. Larry
was a highschool graduate of Kremmling High in 1955 and entered into (by draft) the US Air
Force on May 31, 1955. He served 6 years. On July 3, 1982 he was united in marriage with
Cindy J Gordon in Trinidad Colorado. They just celebrated 42 years of marriage.
Larry always loved to be behind the wheel. From school buses to charter buses to Greyhound
buses, he couldn’t sit still so he drove the trolley for 26 years and retired in 2011.
Larry loved all music, especially Willie’s RoadHouse, and he loved to dance. He had an
obsession for turquoise jewelry, beer, pepsi, and butterfingers. From morning until night, he
cared for his pets; Gus, Ollie, Maddy, and Jack. If Larry had a bite of food, they got 2 bites and
more.
He is preceded in death by his dad, mom, sister Ginger Gentry, and brother- in- law Bob Lucas.
He is survived by his wife Cindy, his beautiful daughter Shelby Wold and handsome son Casey
and his wife Tiffany; five grandkids Mikenna Dasko, Marcu Dasko, Max Tihonovich, Colby Wold
and Bentley Wold; one sister Kathy Lucas of Trinidad; brothers -in- Robert Goredon, Buddy
Gordon (Terry), Eddie Gordon (Lori); Sister – in- law Chery McDonald ( Earl); many nieces and
nephews; d a very special member of our family, Mike Tihonovich.
Larry will be missed by his family, his friend, his neighbors, his pets, and his passengers. A
service of remembrance will be held at Comi Funeral Home with the eulogy beginning at
10:30 a.m. and the service begins at 11:00 on October 25, 2024. He will be interred at the
Trinidad Catholic Cemetery following his service.
