Frankie Wayne Acevedo Jr., 31, passed away on September 15, 2024. Born on July 3, 1993,
Frankie was a man of deep faith, known for his infectious laughter, love of music, and
unwavering devotion to his family. He was the beloved father of Gianah and Hezekiah, and he
lived every day for his children.
Frankie had a deep connection with his parents, Monty and Tina Colangelo, and shared a
special bond with his siblings, Kristin Acevedo and Richie Acevedo. He was cherished by his
nephews, Jerius and Jeziah, as well as his extended family and friends.
Frankie is preceded in death by his father, Frankie Wayne Acevedo Sr., and is now reunited with
him in peace. His love, humor, and spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 10 AM at Mesa Church, with burial
immediately following. A dinner with the family will be held at the VFW Hall after the services

My heart is broken for you all in the loss of Frankie. He was always smiling and happy when I was around him. I hadn’t seen him in awhile but I bet he was smiling and loving on his last day with us. I’m sending love and prayers for peace and God’s comfort at this time for all of his family.
