Athletic Directors, Parents, Coaches, and Fans,
Cimarron has recently had a couple of incidents that have resulted in a lockdown. With that being said, we are implementing the following procedures for this weekend’s Tournament in order to ensure the safety of all athletes, coaches and fans.
1. All coaches will be required to search their athlete’s bags upon entry in front of Cimarron School Personnel.
2. Fans will not be allowed to bring any bags into our facilities including purses. Refusal will result in dismissal from our facilities.
3. A metal detecting wand will be used at all entrances to the gyms.
4. Doors will be clearly marked for athlete and fan entry. Athletes will enter where there is orange signage and fans will enter where there is blue signage.
