Funeral services for Tom Stanfill, age 84, will be conducted Tuesday, July 9th at 2:00 pm at the Lighthouse Church, 1310 s. 2nd st. Raton, NM. with E.J. Johnson, associate pastor, officiating.
Tom was fatally/ injured in a train-auto collision on Monday, July 1st.
Tom and his loving wife, Suzanne have been residents of Raton for the last 22 years.
Tom is survived by his wife of 57 years, Suzanne Morris Stanfill, a brother, Robert Stanfill of Abilene, Texas, and four brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law, all from various states.
Tom was a man of many talents and had many friends of shared interests. He was active in amateur radio, photography, and electronics. He was a licensed electrician and frequently used his talents to help friends and neighbors. He was a member of Lighthouse Church and Tom will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
