In Loving Memory of Robbie Paul Breaux

Robbie Paul Breaux was born on 7-1-1970 in Gueydan, Louisiana. He spent his early childhood years on his family’s rice farm in south Louisiana. Growing up he moved with his family to Duncan, Oklahoma, Irving, TX, and finally Jacksboro, TX. After graduating from high school, Robbie served his country with the US Army during the desert storm/desert shield conflict liberating the Kuwaiti people. Robbie was diagnosed with ALS in January 2024 and died peacefully at his home in Trinidad, Colorado 4/16/2024 because of this rare condition.

Robbie was a world traveler an avid hiker and an outdoorsman. During his travels, he summited several mountain peaks including the Matterhorn in the Swiss Alps, Machu Picchu in Peru, Mt Fuji in Japan, and West Peak in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains near his home in Trinidad.

Robbie is survived by his wife, Maureen Lynch, of Trinidad, Co, his mother Marjorie Anderson of Joplin, TX, survived by” siblings Julie Breaux of Saginaw, TX, brothers Bryson and D.R. Sewell of Jacksboro, Tx, his daughter Kara Maddox of Cordell, Oklahoma, his son Trip Breaux of Trinidad, Colorado, and his six grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in Robbie’s honor on April 25th at Trinidad Space to Create at 216 West Main St in Trinidad, CO, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at https://www.mtrosehealthandhospice.org/hospice-care/donatiomns/
