In Loving Memory of Deborah Marie Mendoza

Deborah Marie Mendoza, 62, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2024, surrounded by her
loving family. She was born on July 22, 1961, in Denver, CO., to her mother Beatrice Trujillo, and
she had one older brother Richard “Sweet Pea” Fresquez, both of whom preceded her in death.
Debbie left to join her dear friends Kim, Marty, Jim, and Linda in heaven. She was survived by
her “Sister”, Loretta Fresquez, and by the Torres, Reichart, and Santillanes families. Debbie was
also survived by numerous cousins and many special friends at the rehab center in Trinidad.
Pallbearers are Glen Torres, Art Torres, Jeff Reichart, Tony Santillanes, Tom Martinez, and
Brandon Robinson.
Visitation will be held at Comi Funeral Home Chapel on March 4, 2024, from 2-3 P.M. for the
family, and from 3-6 P.M. for the public. The funeral mass will be at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, on
March 5, 2024, 10 A.M., followed by interment at Trinidad Catholic Cemetery
