Sandra G. DeNardo, age 77, of Raton, passed away Tuesday January 23, 2024 in Raton, NM at home surrounded by family.
Sandra was born May 18, 1946 in Bell, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) M. DeNardo.
At age 16 Sandra married the love of her life Bob DeNardo whom was 17, on December 15, 1962 in Downey Ca. They had 4 children together, Robert DeNardo II, Robin DeNardo-Pais, Regina DeNardo-Sena and her twin sister Renee DeNardo-Allemand.
Bob and Sandra had many adventures together living in California, Fairbanks Alaska and finally settling in Raton, NM where their children soon followed. Sandra loved Alaska and always talked about returning to visit.
She is survived by her daughters, Robin DeNardo-Pais and husband Michael of Raton, NM., Regina DeNardo-Sena and husband James of Bernal, NM., Renee DeNardo-Allemand and husband Bill of Raton, NM., Son Robert M. DeNardo II and wife Barbara of Bentin, KY. Grandchildren, Nikole Bostillo and wife Rachel of Thousand Oaks, CA., Samantha Chavez and husband Angelo of Las Vegas, NV., Alicia Blakeney-Pais and husband Aris of Tijeras, NM., Julian Sena and Kaylee Sena of Bernal, NM., Bobbi Allemand of Raton, NM., Great grandchildren, Jayce Bostillo and Corbin Chavez of Las Vegas, NV., and River Bostillo of Thousand Oaks, CA.
She enjoyed sewing, gardening, camping and spending time at the beach. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
The family would like to thank Miners Colfax Medical Center for the excellent care and loving staff, Colfax County Rapid Response and Raton Fire Department for all their support. Robin Pilley for her support and care.
