In Loving Memory of Nancy Lynne Nutt

Nancy Lynne Nutt, age  68, passed away in Colorado Springs Colorado, on August 18, 2021.
Nancy’s life journey was filled with rich experience .There was never a dull  moment with her. She was born and raised in Allegan County Michigan. She spent the majority of her adult life in Colorado; this is the place she called home and loved the most. She cherished being surrounded by her family and friends and made a special effort to reach out to her extended family, letting them know how much she cared for them. She was a fun loving friend to anyone whom she came in contact with. Nancy was kind, nurturing and generous with her love and affection. She was encouraging and a great source of strength; she enriched all of our lives. Nancy cherish her time with her children and grandchildren, who she loved beyond measure. Nancy’s family includes her sisters, Barbara ( Leroy )Valdez, Jeanette (Joe )Lucero, her children Matthew Gilson, Christie Gilson, Shana Davis, grandchildren ,Courtney (Matt) Lesley, Carissa Curry, Hunter Gilson, Mackenzie Gilson, James Thomas Sharp, Rally Sharp, as well as several nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Verne and Doris Carpenter, and her brother David V. Carpenter.Nancy was loved beyond measure by her family and friends. She will be deeply missed, loved and remembered always. Her memorial services will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10 AM at the Comi Funeral Home Chapel a 1804 E. Main Street in Trinidad CO.
Her final resting place will be together with her parents and brother in Portales, New Mexico. Arrangements made under the direction of the Comi Funeral  Home .
