Leland Joe Cruz at the age of 61 passed away November 23, 2020, in Santa Fe, NM.
Grave sight services will be held in August 2021 at Clayton Memorial Cemetery.
Leland Cruz was born on August 19, 1959, in Clayton, New Mexico to Archie Cruz and Emma (Gallegos) Cruz. He attended Clayton Gospel Church. He worked on an Oil Rigs and was promoted to foreman. He had to retire from the Oil Rigs due to injuries. Leland was preceded in death by his parents and 3 nephews Robert J. Encinias, Milton J. Cruz Jr, and Samuel P. Encinias III, and Great Niece Emilia D. Borquez.

Sisters: Connie Baca of Littleton, Colorado, Dorothy Cordova of Stinnet,t Texas, Ruby Grine of Clayton, New Mexico, and Edna Cruz of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Brothers: Frank Baca of Clayton, New Mexico, Rudy Cruz of Clayton, New Mexico, Milton Cruz of Amarillo, Texas, Nero Cruz of Clayton, New Mexico, and Sam EnciniasI of Commerce City, Colorado.
Numerous Nieces and Nephews, great-nieces and nephews as well.
