Seth Claycomb was born on August 12, 1990 in Amarillo, Texas. He lived in Clayton and then moved to Amarillo where he attended school then returned to Clayton and graduated from Clayton High School in 2008. Seth worked with his family at Claycomb Electric. The name Seth means Friend of God. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, April Claycomb.

Paternal Grandfather: Art Claycomb of Clayton, New Mexico.
