Mark Richard Beard Sr. gained his wings on May 27, 2020, with his daughters by his side. He was born on August 3, 1961, to Richard LuRue Beard and Beverly Ann Beard McPeak.
He was preceded in death by his father Richard LuRue Beard, niece Shantelle Marie Beard, nephew Jeremy Christian Beard, maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by his mother Beverly Ann McPeak, two brothers; Shane Beard and Christian (Susie) both of Raton, NM, Two daughters; Amanda (Edward) Martinez of Raton, NM. Mariah (Nick) Valdez of Clayton, NM. Two sons; Mark Beard Jr. and Harley Beard of Raton, NM. Eight grandchildren, Delayla, Tiana, Ethan, Taylynn, Landin, Liberty all of Raton, NM, and Ashlynn and Jordan of Clayton, NM. as well as numerous nieces and nephews;
Mark worked in many different places. He loved to cook, ride motorcycles, and loved to draw. He loved everyone with his whole heart; Mark will be greatly missed by his kids, grandkids, mother brothers, and everyone else that knew him.
Arrangements for Mark Richard Beard are pending and are under the direction of the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home.
