The New Mexico Department of Transportation, through its contractor Northern Mountain Constructors, Inc. will begin work on the Raton Pass project beginning Monday, May 18th.
There will be driving lane closures on both the northbound and southbound sides of I-25 for approximately one mile from the Colorado/New Mexico state line to approximately mile marker 459.
Workers will be present in the work zone Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm.
Traffic delays are possible.
Further announcements regarding traffic restrictions will be made as the project progresses.
