Springer Electric Coop. will conduct a planned outage Thursday, April 30th beginning at 3:00 pm and ending by 5:00 pm to resume normal feed after replacing equipment.
This outage will ONLY affect Springer Electric customers in the following areas:

Village of Cimarron and surrounding areas to include Philmont Scout Ranch and Miami.

This will be done in conjunction with a much shorter outage to Maxwell and Raton areas.

The Maxwell and Raton outage will start between 3:45 pm and 4:30 pm and should be restored within 30 minutes of the outage.

This outage will affect the Village of Maxwell and surrounding areas West to Dawson and North to Hoxie Junction.

Areas surrounding Raton, South to the NRA, & Raton Airport, East to Folsom & Kiowa, and North to the I-25 Port of Entry and Johnson Mesa.
