Ignacia R. Lopez, age 94, died on Thursday, January 16, 2020 in Clayton, New Mexico.
Rosary will be recited at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, January 20, 2020 by Deacon P. Louis Montoya and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM following the Rosary at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Fr. Jason Pettigrew as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton.
Ignacia R. Lopez was born on February 11, 1925 in Santa Clarita, Chihuahua, Mexico to Thomas Ramirez and Hermilia Terrazos. Ignacia worked at Union County General Hospital in Clayton for several years and then worked as a cook at the Eklund in Clayton for many years. Ignacia married Nieves R. Lopez and he preceded her in death on October 30, 1988. She loved to sew, crochet, cook and bake for family and friends and she was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton. In addition to her husband and parents, Ignacia was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Paula Lopez on July 4, 1990.

2 DAUGHTERS: Yolanda Lopez of Clayton, New Mexico and Maria Caldwell and her husband Jim of Springer, New Mexico.
4 SONS: Hector Lopez and his wife Lydia of Clayton, New Mexico, Fernando Lopez and his wife Mary and Javier Lopez and his wife Hilda all of Dalhart, Texas and Sergio Lopez and his wife Tracy of Clovis, New Mexico.
10 Grandchildren: Hector Lopez Jr., Mariella Lopez, Carlos Lopez, Travis Lopez, Jamie Lopez, Heather Caldwell, Eric Caldwell, Adriana Lopez, Zac Caldwell and Snow Lopez.
9 Great-Grandchildren: Brandon Lopez, Noah Lopez, Alyise Lopez, Trevin Lopez, Kora Lopez, Ayden Urban, Allyson Urban, Amaya Cantrell and Jensen Cantrell.
2 Great-Great-Grandchildren: Maddox Lopez and Boston Lopez.
And numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
