Lock, Wiring and System Connect
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Colfax County will accept sealed Proposals for locks, wiring and system connect for the Colfax County Vigil-Maldonado Detention Center.
Sealed Proposals will be received until 12:00 P.M. MST, Thursday, November 21, 2019 at the Office of the County Manager, Colfax County Administrative Building, 230 N 3rd St., Raton, NM 87740 or by mail at P.O. Box 1498, Raton, NM 87740.

Proposal will be awarded at the December 9, 2019, Regular Meeting of the Colfax County Commission.
The County reserves the right to award a contract not necessarily to the offeror with the best rates, but that demonstrates the best ability to fulfill all requirements of this request for proposals. The New Mexico Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-99 NMSA 1978, imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statues impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kickbacks.
