Thora J. Martinez, age 82, passed away on January 18, 2019.
She was born in Seattle, WA on August 29, 1936, the daughter of Kathleen and Kenneth P. Johnson.
Thora was an avid Rockies fan.
She also enjoyed watching Westerns .
Her greatest joy was being a foster grandparent at Holy Trinity Academy.
She loved her family and her neighbor Miss Doris.
Thora will be greatly missed.
Preceding her in death are parents, and husband Roger Leroy Brown.
Survivors are her children, Steven E. Wallace, Walsenburg, CO, Jay Christopher Wallace, Sheridan, CO, Kenneth P. Wallace, Denver, CO, Tracey (Bill) Easterling, Trinidad, CO, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sisters Carol Johnson Adams, AS, Kay Johnson Hobby, WA, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10 am at the First Christian Church with Pastor Cary Nelson and Brother Harry Gonzales officiating.
Inurnment will be held at a later date.
