Julian P. “Billy” Madrid, age 86, died Monday, November 19, 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, November 26, 2018 by Deacon P. Louis Montoya and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton, New Mexico with Fr. Joel Bugas as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Julian Phillip “Billy” Madrid was born on May 26, 1932 in Pasamonte, New Mexico to Juan Madrid and Servanda (Blea) Madrid. He married Marcella Mary (Cruz) Madrid on March 23, 1957 in Clayton, New Mexico. Julian worked for several years as a custodian at Kiser Elementary School in Clayton and at the REA office in Clayton. He was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Clayton.

5 DAUGHTERS: Mary Angel and Mario of Las Vegas, Nevada, Debbie Meyer of Topeka, Kansas, Julia Gonzales and Clarence of Guymon, Oklahoma, Rosella Gallegos and Joseph of Lafayette, North Carolina and Jessica McCord and Kevin Dunn of Clayton, New Mexico.

7 GRANDCHILDREN: Jeremy Angel, Jeffre5y Angel, Victor Gallegos, Patricia Gallegos, Joseph Gallegos, Jr., Bridget Leighnor and Clarence Gonzales, Jr.

1 SISTER: Barbara Madrid of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
And numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
