It was one of those days for the Lady Tigers that you want to hurry up and get over as the Lady Cardinals of Robertson totally dominated the court in all three matches with the JV the only team to stay within 10 points of the Lady Cardinals Tuesday.
In the C-team match Robertson simply scored first and kept scoring allowing only five Raton points in both games.
In the JV game Raton managed to stay close for the first portion of the each game but fell behind. During the second game Raton fell behind after tieing the game at 12. Robertson went on with several points before Raton managed a few more.
In the varsity match Raton fell behind early in all three games and managed to just get into double digits in the second and third games before Robertson tied the ribbon on them. Robertson made several slams at the net as Jazmyne Jenkins and Alianza Darley were able to get up and over the net and put it down close into the net. They also had several blocks against Raton while Kerrigan Weese and Jadyn Walton along with Ginger Baird did what they could to make the few blocks they could. Darley had a lot of height on her side as well able to jump high enough to look over the net at times.
