In Loving Memory of Mary Lynn (Mahannah) Wiseman

Mary Lynn (Mahannah) Wiseman, age 69, died on Sunday, April 29, 2018 in Amarillo, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 4, 2018 at the Grenville Fire Station in Grenville, New Mexico with Terrell Jones, pastor of the Trinity Fellowship Church in Clayton, New Mexico officiating. Cremation will follow. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.

Lynn Wiseman was born on September 19, 1948 in Clayton, New Mexico to Lester Mahannah and Lillie (Owens) Mahannah. She was raised in the Des Moines area and graduated from Des Moines High School in 1966. Lynn married Bill Wiseman on May 19, 1966 in Clayton, New Mexico. She worked for the Union County Extension Club and as the Clerk for the Village of Grenville for many years. Lynn ran the concession stand at the Sierra Grande Cowboy Camp Meeting for several years and helped with the Union County Fair for several years. She enjoyed making quilts and doing embroidery work. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents and by a half-brother, Jay Johnson.

HUSBAND: Bill Wiseman of Grenville, New Mexico.

2 SONS: William Ray Wiseman and his wife Susan of Elkhart, Kansas and Lester “L.G.” Wiseman and his wife Tiffany of Grenville, New Mexico.

7 GRANDCHILDREN: Justin Wiseman of Odessa, Texas, Hadden Wiseman and Roper Wiseman both of Clayton, New Mexico and Jaycee Wiseman, Linda Johns, Kyley Johns and Chelcy Johns all of Grenville, New Mexico.

1 AUNT: Christina Mahannah of Raton, New Mexico.

And numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
