Glen E. Koehn, age 90, died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in Clayton, New Mexico.
Visitation was held from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST on Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Texline Memmonite Church.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM CST on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Texline Mennonite Church. Burial will follow in the Texline Mennonite Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton, New Mexico.
Glen Koehn was born on March 11, 1927 in Halstead, Kansas to Enoch D. And Anna (Smith) Koehn. Glen married Orlene Lois (Smith) Koehn on December 9, 1951, in Halstead, Kansas and she preceded him in death on January 13, 2004. They resided on a dairy farm at Burns, Kansas, until moving to the Dalhart, Texas area in 1975 and then to Sedan, NM, in 1977. Glen married Norma (Wadel) Koehn on December 30, 2005 in Greensburg, Kansas. He gave his heart to the Lord and was faithful to his vows until death. He was a member of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. In addition to his parents and first wife, Glen was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Mickey Peaster and Raquel Nikkel, 1 great-grandson; Dan Mitchel and by 2 brothers and 7 sisters.

6 SONS: Lonnie Koehn and his wife Pamela of Texline, Texas, Leslie Koehn and his wife Rita of Sedan, New Mexico, Donald Koehn and his wife Shana of Greensburg, Kansas, Doyle Koehn and his wife Amy of Paxton, Nebraska, Harold Koehn of Inman, Kansas and Arden Koehn of Garden City, Kansas.
4 DAUGHTERS: Grace Ratzlaff and her husband Randy of Castleford, Idaho, Evonne Peaster and her husband Charley of Sweet Springs, Missouri, Karolyn Nikkel and her husband Lew of Ontario, Oregon and Glennis Smith and her husband Randy of Texline, Texas.
2 SISTES: Dorothy Jantz of Moundridge, Kansas and Edna Koehn of Newton, Kansas.
