KATHYLEEN McKinley (nee: Robertson), age 96 from Glendale, Arizona, passed from this life on July 12, 2016.
She was born in Kansas City, Kansas on March 8, 1920, but lived most of her life in New Mexico. She has called Glendale her home for the past 24 years.
Kathyleen was a strong willed woman who was a wonderful mother and role model. She will be remembered for her excellent cooking, sewing and quilting skills. Participating in several extension clubs and attending class reunions provided great meaning and joy to her life.She is survived by her daughters, Jackie McCullough (Jack), Vickie Robinson (John), Gerry Mariani, daughter-in-law, Billie Sue Jackson, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and her 2 dear sisters Elaine Case and Maxine Segotta.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lena and Luther Robertson, her sister Geraldine, her first husband, Arthur Halferty and her second husband, S. W. (Mac) McKinley, and her son, Walter Halferty.
Cremation has taken place. A “Celebration of Life” will be held at a later date.
