Consider a request to amend the Official Zoning Map by rezoning multiple
properties generally located west of La Mesa Airfield, south of Highway 555, east
of Coal Street, and north of Silver Street from C-3 (General Highway Servicing
District) to H-1 (Heavy Industrial District).
VII. Public Hearing, Deliberate and Act
Consider a request to amend the Official Zoning Map by rezoning property
located at 1301 Cedar Street, Raton, New Mexico 87740, from MHP (Mobile
Home Park District) to C-3 (General Highway Servicing District).

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above notice of a meeting of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Raton, New Mexico, is a true and correct copy of said notice and that a copy of this
notice was posted in the cabinet outside City Hall of the City of Raton, New Mexico, in a place convenient and
readily accessible to the general public at all times. Said notice was posted on Friday, August 7, 2026, by 5:00
p.m., and remained so posted continuously for at least seventy-two (72) hours preceding the scheduled time of
the meeting.
In addition, KRTN Radio Station and the City of Raton website will post the agenda within the time limits required
for regular and special meetings.
