Belinda Louise Cordova Hernandez, 61, of Raton, New Mexico, passed away on August 23, 2026.
She was born on July 13, 1965, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Belinda’s greatest joy came from spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. Most importantly, she loved taking her dog on different adventures to places she called “Chapos Park.” She loved the lake, dancing, singing, and making sure we were all taken care of.
She was unique, funny, outgoing, strong, and a savage. Her positive spirit and big heart touched everyone who knew her. She had a way of making people feel loved, heard, and never alone. Belinda was the kind of person who could light up a room with her smile, her laugh, and her unforgettable personality.
She is survived by her five children, Angelo Hernandez, Karen Hernandez, Starla Richards, Diamond Hernandez, Tristan Gallegos. Her grandchildren Angelo Hernandez, DeAna Hernandez, Angelo Hernandez, Caesar Hernandez, Laylani Hernandez, Madelyn Hernandez, Nathaniel Salazar, Landin Beard, Liberty beard, Avery Randall, Alexes Ortis, Angelina Ortiz, Ariannie Ortiz. Her great granddaughter Oakley Salazar. Her Sibling brother , Dionicio Jojola. Nieces Rhea Jojola, and Leya Jojola. Nephew Dionicio Jojola Jr.
She is preceded in death by her Mother Karen Jojola of Raton, New Mexico, Father Ernest Cordova, of Oakland, California and brother, Jospeh “Winkle” Cordova, of Raton, New Mexico.
She will forever be in our hearts, always loved, never forgotten.
A memorial service will be on September 18, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the Mesa Church; a potluck will follow immediately.
Arrangements for Belinda Louise Cordova-Hernandez are entrusted to the Alderette-Pomeroy Funeral Home.
