It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Georgia Katherine Montoya of Trinidad, CO. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on August 7, 2026, at the age of 78.
Devoted to her faith and family, she cherished time spent with her loved ones creating many beautiful memories that will be treasured forever. Her beautiful smile brought immense joy to everyone around her, and she will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Joe Montoya; her daughters, Janie Ledet and Rose French and their families; as well as many loving relatives and close friends.
A service to honor her beautiful life will be announced at a later date.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who brought her comfort, joy, and friendship throughout her journey.
