A regular meeting of the Raton Public Service Company Board of Directors will be held at 5:30 p.m. on
Monday, August 24, 2026, in the Raton City Commission Chambers, 244 Savage Ave., Raton, NM. The
agenda will be:
1. Call to Order by President Kathy McQueary
2. Roll Call of Members of the Raton Public Service Board and determination of quorum
3. Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S. Flag
4. Recognition of Visitors Present
5. Approval of July 20, 2026, Regular Meeting Minutes
6. Approval of Financial & Statistical Information for July 2026
7. Approval of Transfers for July 2026 per City of Raton Ordinance 942 Section 19
8. Discussion/Action: Approval of Recommendation to the Raton City Commission for New
Mexico Finance Authority Loan Request not to Exceed $1,500,000.
9. Discussion/Action: Acceptance and Approval of Raton Public Service Resolution 2026-9
Authorizing and Approving Submission of a Completed Application for Financial
Assistance and Project Approval to the New Mexico Finance Authority.
10. Discussion/Action: Acceptance and Approval of Raton Public Service Resolution 2026-10
A Resolution of the Governing Body of Raton Public Service Company Declaring it’s
Official Intent to Reimburse Itself With The Proceeds of a Future Tax-Exempt Borrowing
for Capital Expenditures Paid to Finance the 4th Installment of the Construction of Raton
Public Service Warehouse
11. General Manager’s Report
12. Approval of Vouchers as paid for July 2026

I, the undersigned authority do hereby certify that the above notice of meeting of the governing body of the Raton Public Service Company, Raton, New Mexico is
a true and correct copy of the said notice and that said copy of this notice was then posted in the exterior cabinet of the Raton City Municipal Building, on the front
door and drive up window at Raton Public Service in a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said notice was posted on
Wednesday, August 19, 2026 BY 5:00 P.M. and remain so posted continuously at least 72 hours proceeding the scheduled time of said meeting. Also, KRTN
Radio Station (Website and Broadcast) and the City of Raton Website Agenda Center will have the agenda posted prior to respective time limits for regular and
