PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colfax County Board of Commissioners will hold
Public Hearings in the following order after their Regular Session on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026, at
9:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, 3rd Floor of the Colfax County Building, Raton, NM:
1. Repeal Ordinance No. 2017-01; Personnel Policies and Procedures.
2. Ordinance No. 2026-01; Animal Control (Repeals and Replaces Ordinance No. 1989-06).
3. Ordinance No. 2026-02; Data Center Moratorium.
