A Special Meeting and a Budget Workshop of the Raton Public Service Company Board of Directors will be
held Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. to take action on one item and to discuss the FY26 Budget. This
Special Meeting and Budget Workshop will be held in the conference room of the Raton Public Service
Office located at 334 North 2nd St. Raton New Mexico. No action will be taken on the FY26 Budget. A
quorum of the Board will be present, and this meeting is open to the public pursuant to the open meeting act.

4. Roll Call of Members of the Raton Public Service Board and determination of quorum
5. Discussion/Action: Award of RFI #RPS 2025-01 Voltage Conversion Contractor
