3. DELIBERATE AND ACT on Carolyn Acevedo’s request for a Variance at 244 East 3rd Avenue Parcel: 1136185031427 to provide a Zero Front Setback for a porch that was removed and reconstructed without a zoning permit.
4. DELIBERATE AND ACT on a Request for Variance Maverik for a 75-foot-high sign on the east side of the property. Parcel: 1135183310468 I-25 and South Second Street.
