Nick Louis Trujillo, Jr., died Dec. 2, 2024. He was born May 30, 1956, in Trinidad, CO., to Nick Louis Trujillo Sr and Juanita (Monarrez) Trujillo.
He graduated from Trinidad High School in 1974. He then moved to Phoenix, AZ., to attend Arizona Automotive Institute of Auto Mechanics in 1975. He married Rhonda Kaufman in 1994. Through the years he worked as a Coal Miner and worked in the Hard Rock Mine (Salt Lake City, UT) & Somerset, CO), General Manager with Pepsi Cola (Alamosa, CO), (Gallup, NM), DATS Trucking, CWX Trucking and Pioneer Natural Resources. He was a member of the First Assembly of God. His hobbies included Teaching the Word of God, restoring vintage autos, hunting and spending time with family. He cherished his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents (Nick Louis Trujillo Sr & Juanita Monarrez-Trujillo), grandson Curtis Trujillo; nephew Paul Andrew Martinez Jr and brother-in-law Lawrence Munoz.
He is survived by his wife Rhonda; children Neil (Jani) Trujillo, Shaun (Susan Lee) Trujillo, Jared (Jaclyn Guzzo) Trujillo, Amberlei (Jeremy) Brannan; grandchildren Mykayla, Natalia, Marcos Trujillo (Neil Trujillo) Azaiah Trujillo, Aleiah Trujillo & Soon to arrive) -Nick Louis DelRey Brannan (Amberlei Brannan) Lyrik Sanchez (Jared Trujillo); sisters; Carmen Munoz (Lawrence Munoz), Linda Trujillo (Levi Trujillo), Peggy Trujillo, Paula Guzman (Bulmaro Guzman). Nephews; Lucas Trujillo, (Linda Trujillo), David Munoz (Carmen Munoz), Joshua Guzman, Enrique Guzman (Paula Guzman). Nieces; Mileene Sanchez (Stacy Sanchez) , Marla Munoz (Carmen Munoz), Vanessa Guzman (Paula Guzman), Lynzee Trujillo (Linda Trujillo). Numerous cousins, and friends.
Memorial Services will be Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024 at 1.P.M. (Chappell House) Pastor Kim Pittman officiating.
The family has entrusted The Mullare Murphy Funeral Home with the arrangements.
