In Loving Memory of Thomas Herrera

Thomas Herrera was born in Trinidad CO on March 23, 1946, to Arturo Herrera and Stella
(Vasquez) Herrera. He was the 9th of 10 children. He was preceded in death by his father,
mother, sisters Mary Guiterrez and Patricia Manuel, brothers Bobby, Art, Anthony, Steve and
Ernie Herrera, He is survived by his brother George Herrera, Sister Dolores Duran,
sister-in-laws Virginia and Tina Herrera as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Mt Rose for the care they have provided to Tommy for the last
three years, they kept him comfortable during a challenging time of his life. A huge thanks goes
out to Southern Colorado Southern Disabilities and the staff at Tommy’s home, where he was
fondly known as ‘Papa’. The care and kindness from the staff over the last 40 years are greatly
appreciated!

A memorial service will be held at Comi Funeral Home on Thursday, December 5th at 10 am.
