Sloat Prince Foundation Awards 9 Scholarships to Area Students for the 2024-25 School Year

The Sloat Prince Foundation announces the recipients of their Scholarship awards for new college students for the 2024-2025 school year.  The Sloat Prince Foundation awards graduates of Colfax County high schools a scholarship that continues to be awarded for eight semesters or until the student’s completion of a Bachelor’s Degree at any college, university, trade school or certification program.  

The award is for three thousand dollars ($3000) a year, and requires a minimum 2.8 GPA with at least 12 semester hours to be awarded to returning students.  The following students were selected from a large list of applicants:

Chase Camp (Raton High School)
Robert Wick (Raton High School)

Serenity Longwill (Raton High School)
 
Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will become available after March 1, 2025, and all students are encouraged to apply.
