Notice is hereby given that at its regular meeting on September 10, 2024, commencing at the hour of 9:00 p.m., the Colfax County Commission, New Mexico will conduct a public hearing to consider a proposed Ordinance, the title of which appears below. The meeting will take place at the regular meeting place of the Colfax County Commission’s chambers at 230 N 3rd St., Ste 206, Raton, NM 87740. Information regarding the location of the meeting will be posted on the website of the County. A complete copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection during normal and regular business hours at the Office of the County Clerk City Clerk at 333 Savage Ave., Raton, NM 87740.

ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE COLFAX COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 2021-02 {AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, CONSOLIDATING, AND REPLACING
THE COLFAX COUNTY SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS ADOPTED
IN ORDINANCE 1997-6, AMENDED IN ORDINANCE 1999-1) TO INCLUDE ARTICLE 13 ON JUNK VEHICLE PROHIBITION, DEFINING JUNK VEHICLE, EXEMPTIONS, PROHIBITION OF SUCH JUNK VEHICLES, AUTHORIZING ENFORCEMENT BY THE COUNTY SHERIFF, AND UPDATING ORDINANCE NO. 2021-02.
