Dr. Robert R. Romero

Dr. Robert R. Romero passed away peacefully in Chandler, Arizona on Monday, April 29, 2024
Robert, the eldest child of Gilbert and Evangeline Romero, was preceded in death by his Mother and Father, his Son Sean and his sister Alice Vasquez. He is survived by his daughter Dr. Yvonne Romero da Silva of Houston, Texas: daughter Erica Taylor of Maricopa, Arizona; brother Gilbert Romero Jr. of Cimarron, New Mexico; grandsons Sean Jr., Jared and Jason Romero of Riverside, California; Jadir da Silva of Houston, Texas and Jackson Taylor of Maricopa, Arizona as well as nephews Gilbert Romero III of Tampa, Florida and Vincent Vasquez of Kansas City, Missouri.
Robert graduated from Menaul High School in Albuquerque, the University of New Mexico, and received his PhD in Education from the university of California-Riverside. He was an elementary and middle school principal in Moreno Valley, California for over 30 years.
A commemoration of Robert’s life will be held at a later time.
