Daniel Ebell, of Roy NM, passed away on March 17th at the age of 91 in Las Vegas, NM. Daniel was born January 10, 1933, as the ninth of ten children to parents Bonifacio and Margarita Naranjo Ebell.
Daniel was predeceased by his parents Bonifacio and Margarita Naranjo Ebell, one sister, and his seven brothers. He is survived by one sibling, Sister Anthony Ebell of San Antonio, TX, a daughter Pattie Schultz of Willow, Alaska, grandson Michael Ebell of Salem Oregon, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Daniel was a veteran who served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict/War. He had many talents and held a variety of jobs. He worked the copper mines in Montana, was a baker in Denver CO, a youth correction officer at the New Mexico Boy School Integration Center in Eagle Nest, NM, and a chuck wagon cook on the Wagner/Bell Ranch were just a few of jobs he held.
Services with a Mass of Christian Burial will be on March 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Roy, NM with Father Henderson as celebrant. Burial will follow at the Village of Roy Cemetery.
