Subdivision: AMENDED ORRIS. The land to be Split or separated Address listed as
300 Clayton Road Casa Lemus Restaurant and 350 Sands Motel (C-3 General and Highway
Servicing District). Motel would become one business and the Restaurant which would also
have its own address. The variance is to request 10-foot setbacks on east side of Restaurant that
adjoins Motel driveway of east wing.
