Nicholas Cardenas (33 – Raton) – Magistrate Court bench warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation on a charge of DWI (2^nd offense), in that the offender failed to report to the DWI Compliance office

Julianne Davis (49 – Raton) – driving while license revoked

Jennie Gertler (47 – Raton) – Two Municipal Court bench warrants for failure to appear on two charges of no registration
